EASY EXCHANGES

We made our exchange policy as easy as possible! Within 30 days of receiving the package, if you need a different products, color or style, please email us at support@kellyt-shirt.com. Include your original order number, email address and name on the order as well as the details of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason you would like to make the exchange. We will have your item reprinted and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

REPLACEMENT ORDERS

We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 5 business days for any of the following reasons:

  • You receive an incorrect item
  • Your order contains damaged product(s)
  • Your order has a printing mistake
  • Part of your order is missing from the package
  • You do not receive your order but it has been marked as delivered by USPS or DHLGlobalmail.
  • You can contact us at support@kellyt-shirt.com to get a replacement on its way to you ASAP! Please include your original order number and the details on what item(s) you would like us to replace and the size you would prefer.

CHANGES TO ORDERS NOT YET SHIPPED

If your order has not already processed, click on your electronic receipt you received from us to edit your shipping address, size, or color of your item. If your order has processed, email or chat with us so we can assist you further just email us at support@kellyt-shirt.com. If your order has already shipped, we’ve got you covered with our super easy return / exchange policy.

CANCELLATIONS

Changed you mind after you’ve ordered? Do you need to cancel the order? We can help you with that! Contact us through email at support@kellyt-shirt.com or though chat on our website and we be more than happy to help you with the issue. We will issue your refund back to your original form of payment within 5 business days.

RETURNS

If you receive an item you are not completely satisfied with, please email us support@kellyt-shirt.com any time day or night.

Our customer service team is happy to help answer any questions you may have regarding your return via email or chat. Depending on your preference, we will work with you to quickly issue a replacement order issue or refund back to your original form of payment within 5 business days.

Shipping Policies

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 

  • Most orders ship within 5-10 business days. Because we want you to be able to select the perfect product type, color and size to complement each amazing design, you place your order (like a custom cheeseburger). All of our products are hand-printed by real humans. The production process takes 2-3 business days before we ship it to you all hot and fresh.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
HOW FAST CAN I GET MY ORDER?

  • US standard domestic shipping takes 5-10 business days (2-3 business days for us to print by hand + 3-7 business days to ship).

WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXTRA SHIPPING FEES?

  • Depending on your country, you may owe duties, taxes or import fees in addition to our shipping rates, which only cover the transit cost of the products. Sorry – we can’t change your government’s laws!

WHY DOES MY TRACKING LINK SAY “UNAVAILABLE” WHEN I CLICK ON IT?

WHY AM I MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

  • Some items ship separately, so part of your order may still be on its way. If you need specific information, please contact customer support.
